Warranty Information
Please call us if you need any help with your product. We gladly answer any questions and often solve problems over the phone, whether still under warranty or not.
If we can't help and it's under warranty, we will give you an RMA Number when you call. Write the RMA# on shipper before you send the product to us.
LP Archery Products, LLC Warranty Periods:
Pro-Light DX or DX2 Kits and its accessories have a 12 month limited warranty from date of purchase with a valid dated proof of purchase for original owner.
Pro-POD 2 has a 2 year limited warranty from date of purchase with a valid dated proof of purchase for original owner.
Pro-PODs have a 5 year limited warranty from date of purchase with a valid dated proof of purchase for original owner.
Pro-Tapes have a 12 month limited warranty with a valid dated proof of purchase for original owner.
FOR ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY:
Include LP Archery Products assigned RMA Number with a copy of a valid proof of purchase. Include product and a short description of problem. Include your contact information; Phone number(s), email address and return shipping address.
